The K house, also called K Prefabricated House, is designed & manufactured with steel structure frames & sandwich panels assembled with doors and windows. This is the most economical design commonly used in construction sites, oil sites, and mining sites as workers' quarters and site offices.
It is also used for soldier camps, government projects, and school projects as labor accommodation, employee accommodation, student dormitories, engineering offices, canteens, clinics, and laundry rooms. Sometimes utilized as rental houses, refugee houses, or low-income family housing, these units are durable and easy to set up.
The most common design is 3K*12K*6P (5.62m*22m*5.7H), covering 289.89m2 over 2 floors. A single 40'HQ container can load approximately 280-320m2. The main structure is "C" section steel with EPS/IEPS/Glass wool sandwich panels. Efficiency is key: 6 workers can build 100sqm in just one day!
