As a carrier of international trade, the container has always played an important role in shipping. In recent years, container houses, a new form of housing converted from shipping containers, are being accepted by people in more and more countries as a new form of temporary building.
Its characteristics can be summarized in four points: mobility, reusability, environmental protection, and rationality.
Compared with traditional concrete buildings, container houses can save 99% of construction waste during construction, and all the construction waste generated can be recycled again. Moreover, since all modules of the container house are prefabricated in the factory, at the actual project site, all modules can be connected only by bolts.
Container houses are widely used in different application scenarios in various industries and are developing rapidly as a popular temporary building form. We offer a variety of options at reasonable prices. According to different usage scenarios and different scale needs, we provide professional design solutions to maximize the satisfaction of various needs.
A container apartment is a temporary structure where electrical systems and other supporting facilities can be installed to provide quick and convenient accommodation. Consisting of steel structures, sandwich panels and insulation, these apartments are stable and easy to build. All housing components are prefabricated in the factory for rapid installation.
The main frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, which is anti-corrosion and can withstand strong winds of level 8. Wall panels use 50mm rock wool composite material with 0.4mm color steel plate, offering excellent heat preservation, heat insulation, and sound insulation.
Installed by splicing with bolt connections, ensuring a fast setup. The process generates zero construction waste, making it a green environmental solution.
The roof structure consists of four layers: suspended ceiling, roof purlin, glass wool insulation, and roof tile. Upgraded purlin height creates a slope to guide rainwater into specialized downspouts, effectively solving drainage and waterproofing issues.
The standard size is 3*6*2.8m (approx. 18 sqm). Interior partition walls allow for flexible space allocation based on specific needs.
From affordability to quick construction, container homes offer a wide range of benefits:
