It takes approximately 2 hours with 4 workers to complete 1 unit.
How many days is your fastest lead time?
This depends on the quantity. If it is a regular size, our lead time is generally 7-15 days after receiving the deposit.
Can you customize colors and sizes?
Yes, we are happy to accept color customization (regular is white). The maximum size can be 4m*8m, equipped with wind-resistant columns to support the structure.
How are your container houses insulated?
Wall panels are made of 50mm rock wool sandwich panels, and can be upgraded to 75mm and 100mm thickness for extreme cold and hot weather. Floors can also be covered with insulation.
Do you need a foundation for the container house?
If the land will not subside, there is basically no need to lay foundations. Based on different geological conditions, we provide guidance, suggestions, and complete foundation drawings.
How do you guarantee product quality?
Every production step is checked by quality inspectors using vernier calipers. We verify paint surfaces before packing, include spare parts in the shipment, and provide photos and videos for confirmation before delivery.
