Answer: We are an original manufacturer. We have a large production base and warehouse to meet customers' full range of product needs.
Q2: When can I get a quotation?
Answer: Please contact us with detailed information such as the product list, pictures, and drawings. We will provide a quotation within 24 hours.
Q3: How can I request product samples?
Answer: Free samples are provided, but the freight cost shall be borne by the buyer. The cost can be refunded after placing a formal order.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
Answer: For standard products, the delivery time is 15 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment. For OEM products, it depends on the specific order details.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
Answer: 40% by T/T as a deposit, and 60% against the copy of the bill of lading or by sight LC. 100% LC, DP, and OA are also acceptable under certain conditions.
Q6: How do you control product quality?
Answer: Quality is controlled through high-quality molds, strict raw material selection, monitoring during the production process, and final inspection before shipment.
