Are you a trading company or a manufacturing company?
We are an original manufacturer. We have a large production base and warehouse to meet customers' full range of product needs.
When can I get a quotation?
Please provide the detailed information such as the product list and drawings you need. We will provide a quotation within 24 hours.
How can I request product samples?
Free samples can be provided, but the freight cost shall be borne by the buyer. The cost can be refunded after placing a formal order.
What is your delivery time?
For standard products, the delivery time is 15 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment. For OEM products, the time depends on the items and quantity.
What are your payment terms?
Typically 40% by T/T as a deposit, and 60% before shipment. We also accept LC, DP, and OA under specific conditions.
How do you control product quality?
Quality is controlled through high-quality molds, strict raw material selection, process monitoring during production, and final inspection before shipment.
